"Everything in life is drawing, if you want. Drawing is quintessential to knowing the self. Art that survives from one generation to the next is the art that actually carries something that tells society about self."
—Richard Tuttle

Richard Tuttle, our current 100 Artists featured artist, is seen here working on Village I, Sculpture I (2004) in his New Mexico studio, as featured in our 2005 Structures episode. The work was included as part the artist’s 2004 exhibition, Richard Tuttle: It’s A Room for 3 People, at The Drawing Center in New York City.
